First maintainer-reviewed pass for SN51 (previously community-seeded/unreviewed, categories empty, no website/source-repo surfaces despite website_url/source_repo already being set). Added the missing website and source-repo surfaces. Fixed 1 surface having no probe config at all -- the registry-wide gap tracked in #5932. Diffed the full 149-path Lium Backend API OpenAPI schema: the large majority of routes require JwtAccessBearer auth or a path parameter with no stable canonical value (miner/validator hotkeys, pod/executor/volume IDs). Added 6 new no-auth no-param surfaces exposing real subnet-relevant data: per-validator-coldkey revenue, live and total executor counts, the latest on-chain set_weights call, marketplace shared config (regional pricing multipliers, default Docker images), and a signed watchtower digest. Excluded generic SaaS scaffolding routes with no subnet-specific data (see gap_notes).
